Is that a play off of Warren Beatty from Bonnie and Clyde?!
If so, I get it and I'm 17! :)

Seems I am the senior, a little older than D.Q. I had a 5g fancy guppy tank and a 20g community tank when I was in jr hi & high school. The fish tanks were an alternative to the cats (which I did not want) and the dog, I really wanted. Fish eventually did give way to the dog because the 20g was on the floor.

25 years ago I got another tank to entertain the then 3 yr old & the newborn. FredFish is again a substitute for the dog, and maybe the kids as well.
BTW, that 5g I bought 3 days ago? No hoods at the LPS, so . . .
I'm cycling a new 10g and the 5g? Oh my.

I'm 21 and I had a couple when I was younger...I'd say 13 or 14 and they ended up dieing. The first one that actually survived since I was younger, I got over a year ago. Since then I got 11 more :P

nah, not really - but, it sounded like the perfect time to say that line... how many young'uns even know who Methusela was?
Isn't that the oldest person in the Bible, or something like that? (=

I'm 48 - whew - glad I'm not the only elder here

Had a 10 gal freshwater & 20 gal salt water in my 20's. I've been wanting to get back to fish keeping for a while.

yes, Taylor, Warren Betta after Warren Beatty. I'm sure Warren Beatty would appreciate being remembered by a 17 year old as well! He was the Leonardo di Caprio of that time, the Richard Gere of my time, etc. He was HOT. My Warren has the ugliest face in town, but his blue and white half moon body is spectacular. He is our first betta of 3.
