Can you see a female's eggs through her stomach?

I have a lighter colored female and just looked at her and she's huge. I was just wondering if these were eggs or something else?

That doesn't look like eggs to me, it looks like some sort of growth. Poor thing!

See, when I look at her, I can see little individual white balls things in her. She's acting normally, playing with her danios right now.

Looks like eggs to me! I would make sure she isn't getting overfed too. Just to be safe. I did a little experiment with my Friend's female bettas when I was taking care of them, I didn't feed them for a few days (cause they were either really fat or just full of eggs) and they didn't get any thinner. LOL not a very good experiment... :) But ya know.

Like doggyhog said you should check if she is overfed you don't want any little constipated girls Just take her off food for about 2 days to see. My girls who were ready to breed didn't look that big in the abdomen, but then again your girl looks quite small (but mighty ) so maybe that's why she looks so full.

She is a beautiful girl by the way! looks like you are doing a great job

The second pic does look more like she's got eggs. She should release them at some point.
