This is what happens when I stop by the petstore the day they get a new shipment... he was actually a pale yellow with purple scales in his cup, which made him look very unique, but apparently that was because he was stressed because by the time i got him home he looked like this...
I'm actually annoyed by the color change, as he was very unique looking in the store, but happy to have saved him from what was obviously a stressful situation.. I had picked out at least a dozen that I would have taken home with me, but I had to pick one quickly, as I had a 10 month old on one arm, and she was trying to grab all their little cups..
Any name suggestions would be appreciated :)
(the second pic is of his temporary home, until I figure out where he's going to reside permanently.. he's hiding in a corner next to my sorority, where hopefully my bf won't notice him for a while..)
