is there anything to look out for in the ingredients of the betta fish food?

I'm getting a fishy soon and i bought some betta food from Big W (which i probably shouldnt have) and it has yeast, wheat flour and wheat germ in it. Plus it is sort of a powder or tiny granules, might be a silly question but will my betta like it? So i was just wondering seeing as Big W obviously have no idea about betta's (they have bowls about the size of two cupped hands) if this would be ok?

I just want to know if there are any serious no-no's and what to look for in good betta food.

I would recommend Wardleys or Hikari betta bio gold, if you can find them in your area.
