Aqueon 360.

I got an Aqueon 360 today. I set it up just for the heck of it to see how the airstone and lights look and it's pretty cool. I'm not going to use the airstone and undergravel filter because I'm afraid my fish will decide to take a trip down the tube and get stuck. lol I need to decide which one gets moved into it.

I was looking at the 3 gallon one at Walmart today.. I only had the boyfriends debit card with me tho, so I couldn't buy one.. Keep us posted on how it works, as I might go pick one up next week, if they still have any..

I recently setup a little hex tank with the same type of undergravel filter/airstone thingy, and I just cut a bit of filter sponge to the size of the intake tube and put it in at the top so that the little guy couldn't go adventuring in there, and it seems to work well.. just a suggestion if you really like the way it looks it could be worth a try.

I like the light and I like the airstone. It bubbles pretty gently but I'm afraid my fish will go into that tube.

you should be able to, it would be with all the filter media replacement stuff.. just look for one that says foam or sponge, even if it's designed for a certain type of filter, you'll just need a little piece. I think I only paid a buck or 2 for mine.

ok, thanks! I'll try that. It would be pretty cool to use the lights and bubbles. The airpump makes a humming sound but I would turn it off before going to bed.

yeah, mine does too, I find it loud, but it's the tank in my babies room, and constant noise actually helps her sleep.. she just loves having a fishy to watch when she wakes up, when I went into her room this morning she was standing in her crib watching him swim going "FshhFshh"

Sweet!!!! I've been wanting one of those tanks, but I prefer to get 10g tanks and divide them.

My motto is......

Divide and Conquer
