Is This a Good Tank????

I bought this tank for my other betta Oscar to get him out of the 1 gal he was in, but before he got to use it he passed. I was wondering if this tank was good or should I take it back for another one Im thinking of maybe getting another betta?

You live in Texas... Forgive my ignorance, but would you need a heater?

Other than that, tank looks good.

It does get cold here in Texas especially in the middle of november and its cold till march. It's also cold in the house the air conditioner is at 65 all the time, so I think I willl need a heater because I actually thought the same way with my first fish and I noticed before his passing that his water was very chilly which I'm sure now that it added to his stress and his passing.

72 is a little cool for bettas...usually it's 76 to 82.

Good luck with everything :)
