Fishy :(

Crud crud crud. Fishy has dropsy. He has been acting funny lately,not his usual active self. I just got out my flash light and he is pineconing. Morado ( who had a mysteriously swollen tummy),never had pineconing. I dunno what to do. Nothing I think. Right? Just..watch him die...just like all the others....

I'm so sorry. I would just make him as comfortable as possible.

Maracyn 2 and JFE will treat dropsy (not cure it) if you want to go that route.

TY. I dunno. I hate to take him out of his cycled tank and stress him out with meds. I was thinking of the medicated fish food? I have the Jungle Labs antibacterial one. Dunno if he will eat it but I can try. Other than that keep him in fresh water.

I just changed his water,alot junk floating around when I do. Wondering if I should do a large change on it? He came up to the top while I was doing the change,watching me. Swam around a bit then went back to his hiding spot. I looked at him real close and I just dunno...I mean I can see his scales sticking out a bit but not like the pics you see of it.A slight bulge at his tummy...Im hoping doing wcs will help him and he will be okay.

Awe, that's really too bad D;
Maybe you'll be lucky and it'll turn out not to be dropsy....
I mean, the pineconing could be a symptom of something else?

Hmm..but what else could it be? As of this morning he was still just staying at the bottom. Just not normal for him to not be swimming all over. *sigh*
