Uh oh Dom!

I think Dom has been flirting a bit too hard. I noticed recently that he had three small tears in his bottom tail fin. I started him on salt baths and they were almost gone. Then, I noticed yesterday that his top tail fin is torn now, worse then the bottom.
I went ahead and gave him his salt bath and put him in a quarantine with aquarium salt and JFE. I have a 2 gallon bowl that I am going to set up as a temp. Hospital tank. I'm going today to get a mini heater, bulbs for the mini light I have for it, and possibly I small plant. (I have some flower pots I'm thinking about breaking to make a little cave for him as well).
I plan on going about this more aggressively then I did with Antubis since I'm STILL treating Antubis for his fin issues.
Since I'm sure it's not caused by anything internally and I don't think it is finrot, just a tear. Should I go about with just salt in his tank and salt baths, or go with medication?

i definately dont think it would hurt to do both, but if hes already in a tank by himself, i wouldnt move him either and add stress

He is in a divided tank. Plus, it's a 10 gallon and I wouldn't dare treat a fish in a 10 gallon because of all the water changes/cleaning involved with healing.
Thanks for the advice.
