Jarring Question

Ok when I start jarring my bettas do they need a heat lamp or something or is room temp ok?

Room temperature is ok if they are kept in a warm room.

What I'm going to is....

Get a storage bin and fill it a few inches with water, add a heater, then stick your jars in. Keeps them warm, and if the bin is big enough, you can add the females to be free swimming!

Wouldn't a tank heater melt a plastic storage bin? Please respond ASAP!!! I need to Jar them TODAY!!!

nope!!!! It works great in a bin.

yep. the set-up he suggested is known as a water bath. even boiling water cant melt plastic.
