Haha,
my Pickle begs for food too.
When I was eating on the chair beside him,
he was all over the glass.
It was so funny, I gave him a treat for the show ;3
Good luck finding the right name, and congrats, hes pretty :)

lol, isn't it just adorable when they beg? <3

He won't eat anything though....and, even though I know thats normal, its still difficult :P. I know, I over worry about my guys....but he seems to want to sleep all day, come out briefly, then go and find a comfy spot(not unlike a dog)behind the plant base and sleep again. Though, he gets all mad if I disturb him.....so I suppose he's okay^^; It scared me a couple times yesterday though when he didn't move for a good couple hours....

Just curious, how long can a betta 'hold their breath'....like, how long can they go without coming up and breathing? O.o

I'm curious about that too...

And all of the bettas I've gotten must have been pigs, they eat right after I get them.

xD All of mine do to, except Jirou and this new guy, but Jirou was a rescue....and 'Smaug', as I've chosen to call him(anyone wanna take a guess where its from? )had a stressful trip home.

He's quite dragon like as well, which I find ironic, and its what prompted the name(hinthint). He likes to 'hide' either in the plant or behind the base and sleep and then come out, swim around, look at me, get a breath, and go back to 'sleeping'. Its cute...though I dunno if this should be worrying me or not O.o
