Exclamation Is he sick???????

My betta Bob, is acting really strange. I just added some water to his tank a few days ago, and lately he has not been eating at all or moving a lot. Just now I realized that his body is up and down instead of side to side, he has not lost color so I don't think that he is dying. Also, his head Is in the air bubbles at the top. I just went to take a picture (with no flash ) and he started moving around but couldn't seem to do anything . He is really scaring me and i'm not sure what to do. I think he may need a live plant or something to put some air in the water but i'm not sure. how do I upload a photo to show ypu???????????????

How long has the aquarium been set up? Betta fish need at the very least a one gallon aquarium. Water changes have to be done weekly. Also you really need a heater. This is one of the reasons that your fish isn't swimming around. Your aquarium is too cold. The temperature should be 78-82f. If you can, get a heater as soon as possible.
