Unhappy luna

okay I just got luna on friday night,when I put her in her bowl I gave her some food she ate, but spit up remains she is healthy, but I don't know what happened to her my other new one (cobalt) eats, but he dosen't spit it out. please help me, oh and one more thing she is soooooooooooo small are the pellets just too big or what?

Yeah, she's probably just breaking up the pellets since she's small. Soaking the pellets in tank water for a couple minutes before you give them to her might also help her.

I feed my tiny girl micro pellets. She has a hard time with regular pellets.

I split pellets in half for my tiny Peanut. Not only is it easier for her to eat them, but if I don't and she somehow manages to eat them it gives her SBD.

Instead of having to go to the pet store and having to purchase another package of food you could just crush up some pellets that you already have, it would make it easier for her to chew.

one of my fav crush-up tricks is to use an old acrylic Kaplow polyhedral die from table top role play in a middling sized medicine vial. Just stick in 30 or so pellets and do physics on it.

I crunch up regular flake into small bits this way as well.
