Silk Flowers

If soaked in hot water first, can silk flowers be added to an aquarium? I'm talking about the ones bought from the craft store.

Make sure that you rinse them very well. If you bought them at a craft store, I'd even keep them in the water for a little bit to make sure that the color won't run.

Yeah, I'd keep them in water for a few days, just to be sure. I bought green plants from the graft store, so far no problems.

make sure there isn't any wire in the stems, which could lead to rusting
