Sorority Progress

I've been doing a lot of work on my 29 gallon sorority lately and I'm feeling pretty good about how things are coming along. I decided I'd like to share some progress pictures with everyone.

First, here's a picture of it shortly after I began setting it up. I had just put the background on and started filling everything in.


And here it is what I've got right now. I've added more hiding places and more plants, both live and fake to give the girls some more coverage.


I would still like to get more live plants, simply because I don't feel like it has quite enough hiding places yet, but for the time being I'm pretty happy with it. What do you guys think?

I'll have to see if I can find one, we only have two aquarium stores in this town now, and both are pretty small. I may have to order one online.

Looking good! How many girs are you panning to add?

I agree to the foating plants...and maybe a few tall ones for the back?

I have five girls in there currently, and I'm planning on stopping around nine, that way I can add a few oto's later to control algae without overstocking the tank.

I think it looks great but also second maybe a tall plant in the back something like an Ocelot Sword would be nice I have one in my 20 gallon and it looks really nice.

Sounds like I'd better find a reliable place to order these plants from. :D
