Exclamation HELP ASAP - stress stripes, floating, bloated - whats wrong!

I fed Nenet this morning, and when I did, all her fins immediately clamped down expect her pectoral fins, and she had difficulty swimming.
So I thought I would pass,
and came back home from school, and found her under her little leaf, with stress stripes.
I lifted it off, and she swam all funny again, darting this way and that.
I think shes bloated, so im going to fast her a couple days.
But in the meantime, she looks pretty bad.
Or maybe thats just me.
But Im freaked out, help please!

I hope she's ok! Maybe fasting her will help with the bloating, maybe she's just constipated, my fish have been before, they kinda layed around and when I came over they stared darting in circles.

I would definitely fast her for a few days for the bloating. I have no idea why she's stressed out unless there is an issue with the water. A water change couldn't hurt.

Thanks.
I took her out and have her in the little temporary water change container.
I took a look at her, and they have spread out a itty bit more.
Im going to drop by the pet store and change her tank when I come back.
Thanks guys T-T

Try fasting her and try giving her a cooked pea. The cooked pea will definitly clean her out!

Daphnia is a better alternative to peas. It's more natural.
