Sorry I missed something, 90-100% for if your fish is seriously infected with parasite. ANHEL123 was right, 50% water change in a frequent manner is better for mild conditions. Yes stress coat is kinda a conditioner, but it's usually coupled with drastic water change to buffer its shock effect on the fish. But in this case I think 50% will do, if your fish does not have any obvious physical impairments.

Jungle Lifeguard is fine, however, some medication is best used without salt, you may want to check that.

How is your guy doing? Any better?

Lifeguard All-in-One is a broad spectrum medication, it may contain substances which are redundant to your fish's current condition, so use with care.

So what meds should I use? I changed his water yesterday with no salt. I have him in a bowl floating around because he stays at the bottom of the tank. I'm going to walmart to buy the stress coat and I will add that along with water conditioner. Should I add the jungle clear?

See if you can get API General Cure, its helps with internal problem as long as external parasites if he has any.
I would use Epsom for now . See if you can find General cure first before you adding any medications . Stress coat is good but i don't think it will help him in his situation, so i would not spend money on it.

Thank you all so much for all your help. Well I can't find general cure and let smart in an hour away and I'm afraid to leave my house. We had a pipe bust a few days ago and we have major damage and now my dining room ceiling is caving in. But any way I called pet and they told me to stop with all the water changes and no more meds. They are so stupid. This is what happened in 24 hours with a clean tank and no meds. He looks worse please please help me..i had him eating a little and he got his color back and now he looks worse and wont eat.

scoobie i am so sorry, you trying your best to help your little guy. Sorry to say it but you need to hope for the best but be ready for the worse. Sorry for saying it but he really don't look good. Do not panic though he is not in pain. I just worry about your other guy, make sure you don't share -contaminate stuff between them.
If he is eating try to feed him. Definitely do daily water changes. Did you see his poo? Is it white or clear?
Its clearly something going on with him internally and externally ,and since you can't get any medications i would use the one that you have along with 1 tsp/gall of Epsom. Do daily water changes.
How is your other guy doing?

I took him to our local pet store and they were out of General Cure. The man said he wasn't sure what was wrong with him. Possible dropsy TB or parasites. So he suggested to dip him in aquarium salt for 20 seconds for 2 days. He actually perked up abt 30 minutes after the treatment he even ate for me. I have him housed in a breeding tank and letting the guppies have the tank. So far so good. He's even getting excited when I approach his tank.
