So...I went out looking for plants/decor for the new 5gal...couldnt help glancing at the bettas...several caught my eye at various places and called to me, but none just made me go MUST HAVE...until I came across this HM...So since I still have my ct male Spark in 1 1/2gall I figure I'll just split another 5gal for the two
But for now Horus is acclimating to the 5gal I was going to use for the aquabid girls...I'll buy the boys their own on payday. lol

This is the only pic I can get so far, he barely stays still and if I use a flash he comes out bright blue which he isn't in person...

OMG that is such a PRETTY FISH. I am soo glad I cant afford HMs I keep seeing the prettiest ones them go ahh.... 20 bucks...... then I cant get it a tank!

this one was only 15 and for some reason the guy cut me a deal and gave it to me for 10...I certainly wasn't complaining...

He looks awesome! I loove it when they have those little spots. I took a trip to petco today, and none of the bettas there seemed to "call to me." Thank god! I don't know what I would do if I saw one that I just had to have. I'd prolly get kicked out!

HMs are only 10.99 at my LFS. But, they are 15 bucks at petco!

Thats a very handsome guy, I wish I could go searching for another betta but I've got enough fry to choose from, they just aren't growing fast enough. lol Iwish I could find a purple one that shade, hes so beautiful and healthy looking.
