Question Filter too strong???

Hi,
Recently I got a new tank for my betta and it came with a filter. I am worried that my filter will be too strong to handle (he is not in his new tank yet as I am still cycling it) the tank is a 20 liter and the filter has a turn over rate of 200 liters per hour it also has an adjustable flow- but I am not sure about how much difference that will make. Please assist me as to whether this filter is to strong for a betta and if so please advise me how I could lower the flow. I would really love some assistance as if it is to strong, I will be stuck with a tank with an unsuitable inbuilt filter.
This is a link to the tank that I have-

Thanks in advance,
Lizzy :)

Wait and see if your fish is bothered by the current. Some fish can handle it, Some like it. Some current is good for exercise.

There are ways to use filter sponge to baffle filters if you need to.
