I'm sorry...I've been silently watching this thread and rooting for your guy to perk up, but I have no expertise to offer...I can tell you've done everything in your power for your guy though. <3 I hope he still manages a turnaround.

Thank you aquagreen. That means alot. I really wish he would perk up and come out of it, but it's not looking good. I honestly don't see how he's held on this long. It's like his fins are slowly being eaten away and he keeps swelling up more and more on one side. I'm trying the rid ich tonight. If that doesn't work, I really don't have a clue what else it could be. Thanks for rooting for him though, I'm sure he appreciates it as much as I do.

I know i'm probably just overreacting here, but i've been just studying everything, and I was reading on fish TB and noticing my fish's spine was kind of bent. I don't know if it's because maybe he's pineconing...or if he has a bump or what it is. Can anyone clarify this picture? This is him tonight. I put him in the rid ich...hoping to get some results, but not i'm just wondering if it will be better to euthanize him. I just don't know if I can or not. I don't really have the heart to do it. But if it is Tuberculosis...I don't want him suffering any longer and I don't want to contract it either.

Twilight was gone this morning. I feel so sad, I can't stop crying. The people at work probably think i'm crazy. :S I'm just glad he's not in pain anymore. Rest in Peace my dear friend. Thanks to everyone who helped me out with him. I hope he knows I did everything that I could.

I'm really sorry. Losing a pet is never easy. Don't worry what other people think; just do what you need to do for yourself in order to feel a bit better. And I'm sure that he does know.

Put something good on the TV and try to have a laugh.
