Lightbulb Decorating My Bowl for the Holidays!

any body have any ideas on where i can get a fish-friendly christmas tree to put in my betta's bowl? Its a 1 gl. bowl. Under $10 is preferable.

Maybe at a craft store? I would get a really small one though since it's a 1G bowl, so your fish still has plenty of room to swim in. You could always put lights around the outside of the bowl or put pines and berries around it.

Oh wow thats awesome! I was going to put tinsel around the bottow and little candy cane stickers around the bottom and some snow flake stickers on the bowl, but i think I'm going to do the lights too, that sounds great!

Omg, that would be such an adorable idea! I wonder if you would be able to find an aquarium safe one at a craft store. I would be a little concerned about their fins getting caught on it.

Yeah I would just stick to putting things on the outside of the tank.

Hi! :] I know this sounds silly but I just joined this forum because I have a REALLY (and I mean R-E-A-L-L-Y) good answer to your question (or at least I think so! XD) Why don't you get one of those little creamic tree-shaped christmas ornaments that have little rounded branches? that way you don't have to worry about it being tank safe or sharp, and you still get that cute Holiiday look for your tank! =] I really like my idea but I understand if someone makes fun of it, I mean it is a little odd. XD lol. Can't wait till I get my first Betta! =] I'm gonna totally make his/her tank gorgeous! <3
