I feed my fish BettaMin Tropical Medley with color enhancers!
I usally feed him when ever I wake up at 6AM,and then I feed him around 7PM I give him a pinch of flakes sometime more.
Is this to much,if so how much should I feed him he is very small as-well.

Honestly I have no idea how many flakes are enough. Doesn't help that they are 99% air. Try feeding betta pellets--- way easier to control portions. HBH Betta Bites is an awesome brand that comes pretty cheap as well.

I also advise feeding fish at least half an hour after turning on the tank lights but half an hour before they go off. This way the fish is awake as it digests the food so most of it is burned off as energy rather than stored as fat or disposed of as waste.

It's probably enough but my betta won't go near the flakes. He will only eat pellets.

Some bettas won't touch flakes. I feed mine Hikari betta bio gold and Wardleys pellets. I do feed mine BettaMin flakes once in awhile. I had to feed it to one of mine for awhile because she wouldn't eat pellets.

when i got my betta at Wal-Mart i bought some aqua culture pellets and feed him 8 pellets around 1:00 pm which is also my lunch break. i honestly dont know if im over feeding him or under feeding him. i'm thinking of buying some bloodworms so he wont get tired of the same food every day.

Yeah 8 pellets is too much for one day. I feed mine 2-3 per day. You can get bloodworms, but I've fed mine all pellets and they never get bored of them. But, it's up to you.

Bloodworms should be used as a once or twice a week treat. Most people feed their bettas 2-3 pellets twice a day.

8 pellets is a lot, especially in one sitting. I feed my bettas two pellets in the morning, and two pellets at night. I give them freezedried brine shrimp twice a week as a treat, and fast them on the weekends.
