Cool want yet another betta

So one of my friends (also a Betta fan) told me that my local Petco has white bettas right now. And I'm thinking a little white female would be PERFECT for Axel...GRG, how do you all resist buying more?

lol. I'm REALLY hoping there isn't a white female when I get to petco this weekend. I'd have to buy another half-moon tank. I won't be able to resist

I'm looking for a white female, too. They just don't have very nice white ones at my Petsmart.

I've noticed that petco is starting to have to some (i haven't seen this new group), maybe your local one does too. A white CT would be awesome

I wish I had a Petco. I've seen pics of other members' bettas that they got from there and some of them are awesome looking.

Yeah, they usually have some really pretty ones. But ya still have to watch out for the sick ones. I'd really like to rescue a sick one, but I don't know if I know enough to make much of a difference in the betta's condition

I've been tempted to ask Petsmart if I could have one of their sick ones for free.

I wonder if they'd go for that. Because its not like they can sell them, unless its to someone who really doesn't have a clue

They may not but they know me pretty well over there. One of the managers knows me and the lady that works in the fish department is probably sick of me going through the bettas and carrying dead ones and sick ones back to her. lol
