Just gunna give everyone a friendly reminder to look out for those deer on the roads! A deer collided with our car on the ride home from my mom's side of the family's Christmas, and while everyone is okay, money will be somewhat short this year to fix everything. First time I've been hit by a deer ;x It was scary, you know? Poor thing probably won't last the night.
Anyways, just don't forget that they're there, and be careful on the roads!

Thanks for the warning. I'm glad no one was hurt! I bet it WAS scary. I know how expensive car repairs can be. We just put out a lot of money on our car.

Thanks, everyone. I know it shook everyone up in the car. It was really quiet on the way home =/ Anyways, my mom says it'll probably take a couple grand to fix it up, so life isn't peachy right now. The true thing to be grateful for, though, is that everyone came out okay. I know it doesn't always happen that way.

Glad everyone is okay. Deer have been bad in my area. People have been having huge amounts of damage because of them. One person had $9,000 and my boss at work at $5,000 or so. Car repairs can be SO expensive.

I'm so glad everyone was ok! Thank you for the warning! We have a lot of deer in CT and you always hear about someone hitting a deer or a deer running into their cars. So I'm always careful. Merry Christmas to you too!

How scary!

I'm so glad everyone is ok. I had a close encounter once but the deer stopped just short of my passenger side door. And THAT was enough to make me cringe so I can't imagine what it's like to actually get hit by one. And the poor deer :(
