q#1- why is that when the egg hatched their are very few hanging in the bubble nest?

raising betta fry is always my problem. its my fourth time to raise betta fry but all of them die.
at first my problem is the water is 9inches high
2nd and 3rd time i raise. the temperature is very low
4th time dirty tank.
now this is my 5th time.

i need some more research.
Q#2-do you know a web where in all the details in raising fry are in their?
