Water Parameters

Hi everyone, and thanks for your comments and suggestions. I got my water tested and it turns out the PH level was one level too high. I believe, and the water was very Hard. Although the person that was helping me out did not really know what to suggest for the hardness. Any suggestions? Lowie has his off and on moments sometimes he just sits there and his small lower fins look clamped. I'm worried. I really appreciate the helpful suggestions. Thanks.

What about API Tap Water Conditioner. It is for metals. I don't know if that would help.

Okay, thanks, I bought a conditioner and I'm about to do a 20% water change. I'm also thinking about doing salt baths for him to see if it helps any.
