Petco rescue~

Just got him yesterday, as of right now, he's alone with a ADF in a completely bare tank except for a coffee cup for the frog to hide in. I'm going to pick up some gravel and plants sometime soon for him. But at least he's not still in petco in a nasty cup and in the cold.

Also some bad news, Amir recently passed. When I didn't see him come up for food for a few days I went looking, found him on the bottom, covered in fluff. Some freak parasite or bacteria had taken him :(
I had to take Blueberry and Voltaire out of the tank as well (separated) and cleaned the tank up real good for them. Blue and Voltaire are doing just fine, as well as Horizon (she has her own little 2 gallon tank).

wow his rays are very impressive! i love the darker colored bettas, they are so elegant looking. Great find!
