Fishless Cycle Question

I have a 2 gallon eclipse with a built in filter ( with biowheel ) and i tossed in a heater ( internal thermo set at 78 ). Through some trial and error testing i managed to figure out a dose of ammonia that yields between 2-4 ( hard to tell the green shades )

My question is how often do i need to add more ammonia and how much more do i keep adding? Do i test every couple days and add when it drops or add same amount every day?
