Exclamation pectoral fins stuck?!

abraham just jumped out of his cup during his water change i saw him flopping on the counter and ran over and scooped him up and put him back in, but now his pectoral fins look like they're stuck against his body! he's just chilling at the bottom of the cup, and when i go over to look at him, he flaps them a little bit but then they go back to being tight against his body. when i put him back in his bowl should i just leave him alone and keep an eye on him? i'm worried

It may be just a reaction to the trauma of jumping out of his cup. I would just keep an eye on him for now and you can medicate him later if he needs it.

I agree, he's probably in shock. I'd add some aquarium salt into his tank.
