Question Rehydrating freeze dried foods?

Everyone says to rehydrate freeze dried foods such as bloodworms before you feed them. How do you do that? Do you just soak them in some water for a few minutes?

Soak them in some tank water for about 5-10 minutes. I presoak mine and my fish have had no problems with it.

Okay. By the way has anyone else noticed that the sticky with all of the pictures of the betta tanks on the "tanks" section of the forum has dissapeared? Am I just going crazy? Was it never really a sticky?

Be careful not to overfeed freeze dried foods, they can cause severe constipation.

Thats why it's best that they are to be fed as once or twice a week treats.

agree.. on top of that they really don't have much nutritional value.. they're basically fish candy LOL.. good for a treat but shouldn't be fed daily.
