Betta Fin rot

MY betta has fin rot part of his fins look shreaded. I was using him to cycle my 10 gallon with 3 other zebra daions and I noticed he seemed to be getting worse,so I put him back in his 1.5 gallon tank. He's swiming around nicly,but he seems to be happier in there than he was in cycling tank. I can't go to petco until friday,what can I do.
I als have coarse sea salt.

Since you can't get any meds until friday, I would just keep him in clean water. That should help.

Ok thank you. I was real worried that he would die if I did'nt get him meds Now I can go to sleep.

keep the water clean and use a little salt and you should be okay

ok I'm now noticing falling off fins will it get better?

like major pieces of fins falling off, or just little pieces
