Is this a good deal?

I've been looking on craigslist lately for a good deal on a bigger tank and stand. I'd like to put all 4 of my guys in one tank, but all I have right now is a 10 gal divided 3 ways and a 2 gal. I found this offer on craigslist and it sounds great, but wanted some input? He'll go down to $75 he said without the fish he had in there, but not lower. is $75 a good deal on all of this? Here's the link for pics:

For sale is a 40 gallon breeder fish tank, more surface area than standard 40 gallon tank which translates to better air exchange. What is for sale is a complete set up, including the fish and all accessories needed to run the tank. The stand does have some scrapes on it, but nothing structural. If you want more detailed pictures, please let me know and I will send them. You will have to pick up and move the tank yourself. I live on the second story of a 3 story house. Very good deal for what is being offered. Everything you see in the pictures and more including:

1) tank that measures 18x36x17 inches
2) stand that measures 18.5x36.5x28
3) Penguin biowheel 350. Can handle up to 70 gallons. Retail $55
4) Whisper 60 air pump. Extra tubing and air stones included
5) Elite 800 air pump
6) 150 watt visi therm stealth heater
7) Canopy, hood, and light bulb
8 )Rondomatic 400 fish feeder, retail $ 68.99
9) Two battery powered emergency air pumps
10) 40 lbs or so of crushed coral and gravel (all tank decorations included)
11) timer for lights and surge protector for all the accessories
12 ) Everything else needed to maintain tank including mag float, net, siphon, all fish food, etc
