Is this a good deal?

I've been looking on craigslist lately for a good deal on a bigger tank and stand. I'd like to put all 4 of my guys in one tank, but all I have right now is a 10 gal divided 3 ways and a 2 gal. I found this offer on craigslist and it sounds great, but wanted some input? He'll go down to $75 he said without the fish he had in there, but not lower. is $75 a good deal on all of this? For sale is a 40 gallon breeder fish tank, more surface area than standard 40 gallon tank which translates to better air exchange. What is for sale is a complete set up, including the fish and all accessories needed to run the tank. The stand does have some scrapes on it, but nothing structural. If you want more detailed pictures, please let me know and I will send them. You will have to pick up and move the tank yourself. I live on the second story of a 3 story house. Thats a GREAT deal, tanks like that go for at least $200 near me. I would buy it if I was in Maine!
