Hey guys, this is a pic of one of my girls and have no clue what might be wrong with her. She has been this way for a couple of days and I don't know if she's sick or had the snot beat out of her! Should I medicate or just take her out and put her in a seperate container for a while to see if she gets better? I've had three of my girls dye this same way in the last 3 months, they were small like this one. Any advice will help.
HELP MY GAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'll let the people who know what they're talking about answer you, but from what I know it would probably be good if you put her in a different tank for now, if you have a spare.

I would put her in a separate tank for now. Keep her around 78-80 degrees and put some aquarium salt in there. If she perks up and starts looking better in a couple of days, she might be fine to go back in the main tank.
I hope that helps.
Hmmm to me it looks like someone beat her up. I'd put her in her own tank for now with some aquarium salt and do some salt baths and when her fins heal, I'd watch her very carefully when you put her back in.
Thanks everyonefor the advise, my fishy died 2 days later. I tried everything but the LFS said my nitrites were to high so I had to cut back on feeding and do complete water change. Been a while now and everyone looks very healthy, hard not feeding those begging faces, lol.
To me that kind of looks like a bacterial infection... because the redness looks like sores and the situation and looks match a lot with the description written here on bettatalk.com for bacterial infection.
Keep a close eye on your other girls and if they start showing any signs, I recommend treating them asap since it says that it's extremely contagious.
