Doing WCS while wounded?

Hey guys!! and girls. Hope all are well and fishies too. So I have a quick question. I got bit on both hands (just a finger on each) by one of my pets. So now I am worried bout doing wcs while wounded? They arent bleeding anymore just hurt like mad. I also think itd burn like mad when I do stick hand in....or not...I dunno...

I was wondering if you can use latex gloves or something to protect your wounds.

I think using gloves is a good idea. You wouldn't want bacteria from the fish water to get into them.

Thanks guys! Yah I will be fine but sure hurts. He got my near my knuckle on my left hand. OW. Got the right pointer finger too but not as bad. Hurts to do anything with the left lol. Anywho I got vinyl medical type gloves at target. They had the other kind,to wash dishes with but had some kinda antibacterial stuff in it. Wasnt sure if that would harm fishies,so I went with the medical disposable kind.

I'd just wash my hands after, but I'm a messy person. I guess using the gloves would be a wiser choice, better to be safe than sorry.
