help me with breeding

im researching how to breed betta fishes but im stuck on how to clean the water once the fry comes out

You can very carefully siphon out the waste on the bottom and then siphon clean water back in. Make sure you don't siphon up any babies, and check the container you are siphoning into to see if any did get in there. You would probably want to wait until they are like a week old before you start cleaning their tank.

I do water changes from day one, i use a piece of air line tubing and siphon out the waste and then slowely drip it into the tank
