how do i get females to drop their eggs without breeding?

im sorry if theres allready another topic about this i searched to make sure but couldnt see any sooo, my girl bettas are looking kinda full with eggs but i dont want to breed them cus i wont be able to look after the fry, so how do i get them to drop their eggs i heard they can die from holding to much eggs? thanksss

They should drop them on their own eventually.

Yup, she'll either drop them on her own or re-absorb them. From what I understand, its very rare that a female will die from not dropping her eggs. ;)
