Fin Rot

Zeus has fin rot. I can tell from the other threads I've read. I was wondering, since I'm in a dorm and far from a pet shop, whats the best thing to treat? I've got him in clean water. Should I add plain salt? And if so, how much? Thanks so much, this is the first time I've had to deal with fin rot.

No, you can't use regular salt. You can only use aquarium salt or ionized? salt.

You can use epsom salts if you have any.

like doggyhog said, you can use epsom salt. but if you absolutely aren't able to get any salt, daily water changes might help. clean water is key to a healthy betta
