Slowly rolling on his side....

Well my little crowntail is slowly starting to float on his side. What is this a sign of?

Is his stomach distended at all? Whats the temperature of the water?

his stomach looks fine. he rarely eats though. water temp = 78. one thing i noticed is when he flares his gills, one side opens up more than the other.

I need to find a camera. I have some pics i took a couple of weeks ago but those were of his scar on his side.
