well i just noticed thisbe has som weird white stuff on her head it looks just like when your skin peels from dryness or a sunburn any suggestions on what it might be and what i should do? this was the best pic i could get see the grey on her forehead?

Honestly I would just hold off on the bettafix. If it ain't broke don't fix it-- unnecessary medication will suck oxygen out of the water and stress the fish out. Keep an eye out for any more spots and note whether they spreas, change, etc.
well the white stuff hasn't returned but since i added her heater (25 w tetra) and a teaspoon of (api)aquarium salt to her 2 gallon hex thisbe has had her fins clamped her color has faded a bit and it seems as if she's having trouble swimming around and especially down to the bottom of her tank she barely moves anymore =( i changed her water 100% today but it didnt quite help
