salt bath

I read somewhere on here it is a good idea to do a salt bath on your betta, wasnt sure when how and things like that though.

Why do you want to do a salt bath?

Some people recommend salt baths but I think they cause undue stress on the fish. Its much easier to just add salt to their tanks and raise temps to combat things like stress and injury. Transferring them from one water to a highly salted water will usually cause more harm then good IMO. Its better to keep things as stable as possible.
