Ghost Shrimp

I want a companion for my betta! Would a ghost shrimp be good? Just so you know I have a one gallon so I am limited on other options but suggestions would be appreciated

Nothing else can go in a 1 gal. Its barely enough for a betta

If you could invest in a larger tank, absolutely consider.
