Stocking?

Hello all! I have a 10 gallon NPT tank that I plan on putting pure strain endlers in it to breed. How many should I start with? Would a few ottos and some RCS be good in the tank?
Light= 2 swirly bulb(i forgot what they are called) 6500K
Filter= none. NPT
Substrate= MG organic soil capped with sand and gravel
Plants= Wisteria, amazon sword, star grass, duckweed, some stem plant that i cant remember but i think it is called "hygro" or something, banana plant, large version of dwarf sag, java moss.
Fish= None. snails.

First, what is RCS? And a male with two females should be good. Instead of occies I would go with bristlenose. Once you set up your 45 and have room in other tanks there is a reliable breeder I know that sells them in bundles of 3-4 pairs, making it pretty cheap to buy from him and like I said he's very reliable. http://swampriveraquatics.com/ This is the guy's site.

I wouldn't put more than 1 oto in a 10g if any at all. RCS should be fine, but I would put a filter of some kind in there even if it is a npt, at least in the beginning.

If you are planning to have an RCS in the tank then do not buy plecos as plecos will eat them no matter what they say. Otos will be fine with RCS but be careful as it takes time to for otos to settle in. I would also recommend to add a filter. sponge filter in the least or hang on back filters like aquaclear 20. If you are planning to buy endlers, i would suggest to start with few like a group of 5 or so then you will slowly see them fill up the tank. (Note: if the tank became full of endlers, they might start to notice the rcs and do a cherry picking hehe)
