Ah mine looks more white and pink than orange.... I will gladly take some pics for you when I get stuff sorted :)

Is 30Litre to small to divide it permenently??

30L is about 8 gallons so you could divide it. But with that many fish I wouldn't advise it. A betta needs at least 2 gallons so that is 1/4 of your tank already.

I think it would be better to get a bigger tank, if possible.

Well I popped some plants in on Friday night and it now seems like a completley different tank (touch wood). My Odessa Barb loves eating the new plants though lol.
