adding boiled water to aquarum? and some planting questions

Is it ok to add boil water to my aquaruim? Its currently cycling so it does not have fish. HOwever, I want to plant some plants in it however the water is to cold. would adding boil water to raise the temp cause any problems.

Is it ok to add plants to the aquaruim while cycling I just started cycling today.

Do i need to put fertilizer in sand for my plants I have amazon swords and wisteria (some of my wisteria dont have any roots will they still grow?)

You need a heater before you add your fish anyway. Your cycle won't work if you don't have heat. Its perfectly fine to put plants in while cycling.. they may actually speed your cycle. Your plants will regrow roots and only fertilize sparingly.. your fish waste will be fertilizer.
