Guppies

Hey guys, Im curious and would like some info on... pregnant guppies.
Surprise gift with the tank I bought yesterday Dx
Preggers is very, very large, but I cant find the black spot that should be located on the back of her abdomen.
I can see a few black dots - baby eyes - in her tummy,
but since guppies are live bearers Im worried as she already had one not over a couple weeks (he came with the tank) and HE is in the fry box right now.
So if she has the babies in the tank, either they will be sucked up the filter, or eaten by the neons, mummy, the other males, and possibly the catfish.
Dont know if catfish are carnivours, but they might be.
Some help please?
Shes living in a heated, filtered, 5 gal tank with a very, very gentle pleco sucker fish, small catfish, as well very gentle, two snails, two male guppies, and two tetras.
Im planing to buy some more tetras tommorow - three - which would make five.

Is here any way to ask the guy you got them from when she dropped last...? That'd be the best way to tell when shes going to give birth next....though otherwise just watch for signs like her belly 'squaring' off, hiding, refusing to eat, heavier breathing...things like that. You could always go and get a little net breeder thing too....

Though......your WAY overstocked :/ The Pleco will get far too large for a 5 gallon, regardless of species, and if that catfish is what I think it might be then its going to get HUGE....snails produce a LOT of waste....and a school of tetras really need a 10+ gallon. Honestly, before you worry about saving any new fry, you might want to upgrade and re-home some of your stock......

keep the filter and heater and just buy a new 10 gallon tank. Most actually fish shops sell them for like 10-12 dollars w/o a Lid Top
