thick scales/scabs on forehead?

I can't tell if Dane has thick/scabby scales on his forehead? He has looked like this since I got him so I don't know if it is coloring or something else? The scales don't quite match the yellowish coloring on his back. He doesn't seem bothered, so I am not sure what it is (if anything). Someone posted something similar but never posted pics, so here are my pics. Any ideas?

He is in a divided tank and the other guy doesn't seem to have the same issue, but can't be 100% sure since his coloring is so different. Temp constantly at 80*, aquarium salt, approx 6 gallons total, 3 gallons each.

Anyone? I want to try some Parasite clear, but want some opinions first..

I'm not seeing anything out of the ordinary....looks just like his coloring to me ;)

Wow he looks a lot like Clypso....

I really don't think it's anything, 'cause clypso looks just the same.

Ok, thanks guys. Just wanted to make sure. I wasn't sure if the scales on his head should be that grayish/olive color. But if he looks good to you guys, thats good enough for me! :)

He's beautiful! It looks like it's just his coloring. :)
