Anchor Hocking Glass Aquarium Safe?

Hi, I was considering buying a piece of this
Anchor Hocking glassware (or something very similar) to use as a aquarium decoration. Does anyone have any experiance with their glassware in an aquarium?

Is there a particular type of glass that is safe to use in an aquarium, that I should be on the lookout for? or a particular glass making process that is safe kind of like the lab glass etc? or am I just over analyzing and should just buy it wash it throw it in. :)

I wonder if that's what the aqua stores do, except they do a 500% markup...

any glass will do as long as its properly cleaned before adding it to the aquarium.
