Slowest case of dropsy ever ?? Help!

Hi All,

Newbie on your forum - my boy Johan (almost 2yo) has been off for the last 2 months. I thought maybe he was depressed (he stopped making his bubble nests) so I bought him a girlfriend and that did perk him up a little bit but obviously I couldn't leave her in there so shes now in a diff tank. Anyways he hasnt eaten for almost 2 weeks now and he's either been lying on his side on the bottom of the tank (giving me a heart attack) or lying in his pipe. He does look distended in his tummy but salt baths don't seem to be doing much to help that. I think i've also seen a small red dot coming out of his skin once or twice where he is distended but that goes away within the hour - I dont think its blood it doesnt seem to flow.

I've been keeping his tank (10 Litres) clean and pH, ammonia and nitrite are all normal his tank is kept at 24 degrees.

I'm going to buy him some live blood worms today and see if those do anything (i've had the flu for the last week so havent been able to get out of the house). Does anyone have any ideas?
Oh ive also tried feeding him a cooked pea incase he was constipated but hes def not interested in that at all (i even pretended it was alive to try to stimulate him to eat)
