I finally did it!

I bought a 46 gallon tank! I bought the bowfront I found on craigslist. Gotta figure it out and what will live in it...hmm..either one male betta(found a couple on aquabid I want...will buy both probably) or a female sorority with other fish. What do you think?

That was a great find on craig's list. A female sorority would be cool.

One male betta in a 46 gallon tank would look pretty sparse, in my opinion. Should definitely do a sorority. Congrats on the tank, also.

If I was gonna do a large bow front I think I'd do a lightly planted tank with losts of natural looking rock caves. Stocked with scarlet badis, a nice male betta, a singapore shrimp and some other small shrimp then maybe some other non flashy mid/top swimmers and/or some small cories. Thats just me though.

I'd do a group of females in there!!
Not gonna lie it might be alittle boring just having one male in there though im sure he would be living iy up in such a huge tank.
