scaredy fish

so I got my fish about 2 days ago and he seems extra scared of me. My last fish wasnt this bad, he was just stressed from getting a new home.

This one is different, he swims away if I move too quickly, is this normal for him since I only got him 2 days ago or is it possible he will always be this way?

I've had mine for a year, and if I move my fingers too fast, he still backs off. Seem's like it's just their nature, I wouldn't worry TOO much about it. BUt since he's still pretty new, I would avoid walking too fast around him for a while until he's very used to the tank.

totally normal. I've had one for 2 months and he is still kinda shy of towards me. then others that have warmed up to me the moment I got them.

Mikko and Rillian and my shy boys. :)
